Credit application declined

Sorry, but the lender has declined your credit application. We are not given the reason why a customer is declined for credit, so we will not be able to answer any queries about this outcome. The authorisation process is carried out by the finance company and we have no part in the decision – the decline message is sent to us by the lender with no explanation or justification.
