Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Vouchers expire 1 year from date of original issue.
• Vouchers should be treated as cash; lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded and once redeemed, they will be rendered void.
• No change given, voucher is not redeemable for cash. Items purchased with a voucher will be refunded via issue of a new voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be purchased with another Gift Voucher.
• Vouchers are provided as digital PDF files, no physical voucher will be produced by FR Jones and Son Ltd. You may print the voucher at home to give as a gift.
