Pay4Later consumer finance service – feedback

The Pay4Later consumer finance service is a new feature on our website and we are keen to know how customers found the experience and if there is anything we can do to improve things. If you can spare the time to let us know how the service performed for you, we would really appreciate any comments or suggestions you may have. All comments given here are anonymous and will be used for the sole purpose of improving the service.

There are a few specific questions we would like to hear your views on, but please feel free to comment on any aspect of the service in the final box below:

Were the requirements to qualify for finance made clear before you began the application process (e.g. that you must be a UK resident with 3 years address history etc)?
Was the ‘build your finance package’ calculator clear and easy to use to work out your monthly repayments based on deposit amount and loan length?
Was it made clear how to return to the FR Jones and Son website once you had finished your application?
If your application was declined, was it made clear that you could return to the FR Jones and Son site to checkout with a credit/debit card or PayPal instead?
Do you have any other comments or suggestions for how we can improve the service?
